Shipping policy


We ship globally and are partnered with major carriers. Depending on your location, your parcel may be handled by FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, DPD or your local postal authority. All orders are packaged securely and with care to ensure it arrives safely to you using tracked postal services.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship our prints worldwide to a wide range of countries including USA, UK, EU, Australia and Canada. Full shipping options for your country can be found at checkout. If you are unable to checkout, get in touch as we may be able to offer you bespoke shipping options (support@atlasartsociety.com).

We and work with a network of print labs around the world based in USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. No matter where you are located, we'll ensure your order is made and shipped from our closest print lab to you.

Where do you ship from?

Wherever possible your order will be made and shipped from your home country.

We have print labs located in USA, UK, EU and Australia. Your art will be made by our experts in the nearest print lab to you, which reduces shipping time and avoids customs fees for most locations.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times depend on your order, location, local delivery practices and customs. Accurate shipping times for your order will be presented at checkout. Times are provided below as a guideline only.

All our orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

****During peak periods (October - January) there may be shipping delays due to the high volume of orders across the globe over the holiday period.

We cannot be held accountable for any delays outside of our control, once your parcel is with the carrier. However, we work with carriers to minimise such delays and the vast majority of our orders are delivered on time.

What if I made a mistake on the address?

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country. If your order is returned back to the postal service due to incorrect address information a £15 fee will be charged to cover the re-delivery.

Refunds for returned packages which are not the fault of the sender will be issued minus a £15 fee to cover additional shipping costs incurred.

What if I miss an attempted delivery?

If delivery problems arise due to errors made by the customer, such as providing an incorrect address or failing to retrieve the item from the courier or post office within 14 days of date of attempted delivery, refunds will only be initiated after the item has been successfully returned to our specified UK return address.

You will receive notifications via email, tracking information, SMS or an attempted delivery note left in your letterbox. Failure to contact us within this 14-day period falls outside our return window, and regrettably, we won't be able to assist at that point.

As a small business, we collaborate with printing partners to produce all our artwork. In the event your order is returned to the sender (our printing partner) due to the delivery issues mentioned above, the responsibility for returning it to our specified UK return address lies with you, and the associated costs will be your responsibility as well.

Please take note that you will be accountable for covering the re-shipping expenses to our specified UK return address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund these additional shipping costs, as they result from the return process.

Who pays customs duties or taxes?

The vast majority of our orders do not incur any customs duties. However, customs taxes and duties are regulated by your own government and postal authority. As such, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties which are incurred by the local government or post office.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the efficiency of our processing teams, we can't typically cancel an order once it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Once an order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel. You can instead return the order to us upon delivery and it will be processed according to our standard Returns Policy.
